Randy B. Maxwell, D.C.
Hi, I'm Dr. Randy B. Maxwell. Originally from Buchanan County Virginia my wife Michelle and I made our home in Princeton, WV beginning in 2006. I achieved an associates degree from Southwest Virginia Community College in 1990 and finished a Bachelor's of Science degree in biology in 1993 from Radford University. I was employed by American Electric Power as an environmental chemist for three years and was in construction management for five years before pursuing a career in chiropractic. During my employment with AEP, I met my wife Michelle and together we have decided that it would be in our best interest to have a more secure future for our family than what the power company could promise. I had been a chiropractic patient beginning as a teenager seeking help with athletic injuries, colds and every other mishap in my young life. I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in February 2006 and began practice with Willis Chiropractic of Princeton in March. Michelle and I purchased Willis Chiropractic in September 2012 and expanded to a family wellness practice. I have two sons, Trenton and Trey and enjoy spending time with my family fishing, hunting, shooting and having nerf gun battles. I enjoy cars and carpentry and being a husband and dad that is a chiropractor.

Amanda Caudle, B.S.
Hi, I am Amanda Caudle; I grew up in Frederick, Maryland. I graduated from Governor Thomas Johnson High School in 2009 where I ran varsity Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor Track and Field all four years. I was also active in my church youth group and served on two one week Appalachian Service Project trips to help families in need. After I graduated I moved to the mountains and attended East Tennessee State University where I had the amazing opportunity to run Cross County, Indoor & Outdoor Track and Field. In 2013 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and later moved to the big city of Charlotte, NC. While living in Charlotte, I traveled to Guatemala as part of a mission team helping a local school for children in need. This week-long experience gave me a renewed appreciation for how blessed I am and really put things in perspective for me.  After a little over a year I found myself packing up and moving back to this area that I now call home. My whole life I have had a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle which is why I love being a part of a mission that encourages families to live a healthier life. I’ve learned the value of hard work and look forward to helping other achieve their health goals here at Chiropractic First! In my spare time I enjoy running, hiking, kayakingroad trips, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
